This was a staycation for us, rooms were clean, it was quiet, we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub temperature was okay for both not cold but not hot... hot tub was not working the day after. Julio at the front desk was excellent checking us in and answering any questions. Although service was good at the restaurant for breakfast, the food was cold. I ended up ordering an omelette. Overall staff in all areas were nice, welcoming and accommodating. It was a nice stay.
Julio really helped me today while on duty at his station in the hotel lobby. With limited time and limited dining options he really stepped-up and helped me out. His professionalism and dedication to the hotel guests really stands out me. I would love to have an employee like Julio working for my personal company back in the state of Indiana. Julio at the front desk was very professional. Many people were checking out after the holiday New Year. I had a few questions and he was very helpful. Julio was friendly and kind to all the customers that were checking out. He had exceptional customer service when it looked stressful to me.
Great hotel. Very clean rooms. Excellent gym. The staff is second to none. Julio in particular went out of his way to make sure my stay was exceptional!
Had a wonderful Valentines weekend here! The bar downstairs was very friendly and had some great options! Breakfast was delicious! Everyone was very nice! We were able to bring our small animal without hassle! Highly recommend!
Wedding Hotel room block - The Double Tree Nashua staff were easy to work with, communicative, and the hotel was convenient for our guests for our wedding weekend. The bar and restaurant were accommodated our after party and we the rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Highly recommend to anyone getting married in the Nashua, Amherst, Bedford NH areas!
Another great stay, the clerk at the main counter , Julio was very welcoming and accommodating. Asked if we had any questions he could answer. Very polite. He asked if we had stayed with them before we expressed that we have. And he was still kind enough to explain where everything was. We like staying at this hotel, its always clean and staff is kind. Always recommend if your staying in the area to stay here.
I had a wonderful time staying at this Doubletree! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful throughout my stay. As always, the cookies deliver a top-notch experience! My only room for improvement here would be the view from the room. Though the room was clean, the AC was cold, and the water was warm, the view out of the window did leave me wanting more of the beautiful New Hampshire greenery I had come to see!
